• Ambulatory Base Rate - $25.00 Before 8 AM and After 5 P.M $45.00
• Wheelchair Load/Unload Fee - $40.00 Before 8 AM and After 5 P.M $60.00 
• $1.95 per mile -Ambulatory - *$2.45 After 5 P.M. and before 8 A.M.
• $2.40 Per mile -Wheelchair- *$2.95 After 5 P.M. and before 8 A.M

*Saturday Fees are the same as after 5 P.M. All day.

*Holidays and Sunday fees are double normal rate.

* Wait time at your appointment is $25.00 per hour over 30 minutes. Additional fees for weekends and Holidays.

* We currently do not have stretcher service available, however, getting a loved one out of bed and back into a wheelchair does qualify for stretcher service and will require an extra fee of $50.00.

* Due to turning down other clients and rides, there will be a 50% charge for cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before original appointment time

* Unloaded miles to your location over 15 miles from our office are $1.00 per mile.

* Attendant Fee is $25.00
